The Quarterdeck Student Living is the perfect place to call home in Greenville, North Carolina. Our four bedroom apartments for rent provide the comfort and convenience you crave.

Each and every one of our stylish homes has everything you’ve been looking for, including all-inclusive utilities.

The Quarterdeck Student Living is open Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday 11:00pm – 4:00pm, Sunday – Closed
As low as $150 depending on qualifications.

We are a pet-friendly community. We even have a leash-free “Bark Park” where your furry friends can play all day!

There is a one-time non-refundable $300 pet deposit and $25/month pet rent per pet. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment home.

All of your utilities are included. These are electricity, gas, cable, wireless internet, water/sewer, and trash service are all included!
SuddenLink provide wireless internet and cable service. Both are inclusive with your rent and will be ready for set up at move in!
We are also in the Eastern Elementary, CM Eppes Middle, and JH Rose High school district.
Each resident receives one parking permit. Tenants can go to the office to get a parking pass for their visitors.
We have one ECU bus stops that can take you to campus for free.
The Quarterdeck Student Living in Greenville has a 24-hour awesome coffee bar. We also have a large pool, open year-round, a bark park, grilling area and fire pit.
